Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, and Community Giving

TJX organizes its corporate responsibility work under four pillars — workplace, communities, environmental sustainability, and responsible sourcing — and the company has set serious public commitments including net-zero GHG emissions in operations by 2040, 100% renewable energy by 2030, and 28 million meals served via Feeding America in FY25 alone. This module helps candidates speak authentically about TJX's values and its CSR programs in interviews where culture-fit and "why TJX" questions matter.
