Phillips 66 evaluates candidates against a published cultural framework: three core values (Safety, Honor, Commitment) and four behavioral expectations called "Our Energy in Action" (Work for the Greater Good, Cultivate an Environment of Trust, Seek Different Perspectives, Pursue Excellence). This module decodes each one with the company's exact language, gives candidates real STAR-story angles for each value/behavior, and explains why interviewers will ask "tell me about a time" questions specifically mapped to these elements.
