Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging — ARGs, ¡Unidos!, and "Promote From Within"

PFG operates three Associate Resource Groups (ARGs): Women of PFG (2022), the Black Inclusion Group (2023), and ¡Unidos! (2024) — with more planned. The company also has a deeply embedded "promote from within" culture that turns warehouse selectors into warehouse managers, drivers into supervisors, and OpCo leaders into corporate executives. This module covers PFG's inclusion infrastructure and the career-mobility story that consistently appears in associate testimonials.
