Findlay Roots, National Footprint — Culture and Career Reality at MPC

Marathon Petroleum is headquartered in Findlay, Ohio — a town of about 40,000 people that has shaped the company's culture in ways that are easy to underestimate. Strong employee tenure, deep training investment, and a Midwestern operations-led ethos sit alongside the realities of refinery shift work and the cyclical refining business. This module gives candidates an honest picture of what working at MPC is actually like, so they can evaluate fit and demonstrate genuine alignment in interviews.
