The HRT Interview Process -- What to Expect at Every Stage

This module provides a detailed walkthrough of HRT's multi-stage interview process, from the initial recruiter screen through the full-day onsite. Drawing from candidate experiences on Glassdoor, Blind, and Wall Street Oasis, as well as HRT's own published guidance, candidates will learn what each round tests, how long the process takes, and what the firm says it evaluates. With a 44.7% positive interview rating and 3.42/5 difficulty on Glassdoor, HRT interviews are challenging but fair.
