Disagreeing With Your Manager -- Navigating Upward Conflict

This module addresses the high-stakes question of describing a time you disagreed with a manager or superior. Unlike peer conflicts, upward disagreements test a candidate's ability to challenge authority respectfully, advocate for their position with data, and ultimately defer gracefully when the decision goes against them -- all without appearing insubordinate.
