Figma's Engineering Values -- Communicate Early, Lift Your Team, Seek Feedback

Figma has four explicitly stated engineering values that shape how every engineer works: communicate early and often, lift your team, seek out feedback, and build with deliberation and pride. This module breaks down each value with real examples from Figma's engineering blog and the Pragmatic Engineer deep dive, showing candidates exactly what behaviors Figma screens for and how to demonstrate them.
