Core Values, Guiding Principles, and "We Are ExxonMobil"

Exxon Mobil doesn't publish formal Leadership Principles like Amazon, but it has something equivalent: five core values (Integrity, Care, Courage, Excellence, Resilience), a published Standards of Business Conduct, and the internal "We Are ExxonMobil" leadership framework. These are the rubric interviewers use, often subconsciously, to evaluate candidates. This module decodes the values and shows candidates how to align their stories to each one.
