Safety, Spills, and the TRIR Reality

Safety is one of the three explicit pillars of the Enterprise Model. But Enterprise has had real incidents, including the largest gasoline pipeline spill in Colorado history in December 2024. This module teaches candidates how to discuss safety honestly — citing both the company's strong reported metrics and the real-world incidents — without being defensive or naive. Interviewers respect candidates who can hold both sides at once.
