Leadership Principles and Values — How "Take Ownership" Shows Up in Interviews

Citi is unusual among bulge bracket banks in having explicit, named Leadership Principles. There are three: We Take Ownership, We Deliver with Pride, We Succeed Together. These sit on top of four core values (Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, Inclusion). Hiring managers and HR explicitly map behavioral interview questions to these principles.
