The BMS Identity — Mission, Vision, and the Six Core Values

This module establishes the values framework that nearly every BMS behavioral question is designed to test. Candidates who walk in knowing the six values verbatim, having a story prepared for each, and being able to articulate their own definition of each value are dramatically better positioned. BMS interviewers literally use a sheet of paper with these values mapped to behavioral prompts.
