Atlassian's Cloud Architecture -- Jira's Transformation and Technical Challenges at Scale

This module dives into the technical challenges Atlassian is solving at massive scale, drawing from their engineering blog posts about Jira's architecture transformation from monolith to microservices, the 4-million-database PostgreSQL migration, and the CPR program to eliminate dependency tangles. Understanding these technical decisions helps candidates demonstrate genuine technical interest and prepares them for system design discussions rooted in real Atlassian problems.
